Coaching Terms And Conditions

Please Note:  By purchasing a coaching session you agree to the following:

1. Your ANS REWIRE coach Dan Neuffer is not rendering any medical advice and is strictly acting as a health coach. You acknowledge that all information in this and other forms is gathered for the purpose of background information to assist in the coaching process and that no information or commentary offered is to replace your medical doctor.  Nothing offered by Dan substitutes medical advice or diagnosis of any kind.
2. You need to speak to your medical doctor/psychiatrist/physician before making any changes to medication or before engaging in any physical exercise program. Any dietary suggestions contrary to your doctors’ advice need to be approved by your doctor before implementing.
3. The coaching process may include referral to health care practitioners such as medical doctors, naturopaths and psychologists/counsellors, and you acknowledge that you are willing to engage such services.
4. This is not a counselling service and you agree to notify your family, doctor, psychologist and psychiatrist if you have any thoughts of self-harm.
5. Not to record or distribute any of the coaching sessions, discussions or other communications with Dan Neuffer and you give permission for Dan to take notes and recordings for accurate records to assist in the coaching process.
6. The process cannot guarantee the outcome of recovery or health improvements and that meaningful changes may take 6-12 months of consistent practice of the techniques and strategies discussed.
7. This is a SEPARATE service to the ANS REWIRE online recovery program and that there is no refund available for this service.
8. To make payments before arranging booking times and that no refunds are available. Changes to the booking must be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice or you will be deemed to have missed the appointment you paid for.
9. Information you provide is true to the best of your knowledge. You understand that this questionnaire does not guarantee your acceptance into a personal coaching service and that any deferral at this time does not reflect your chances of recovery, but rather an assessment on the resources available for the coach to assist you.
