Rachel's finally experiences a robust Fibromyalgia recovery
Rachel’s Fibromyalgia started at age 18 and it was only a visit down to Australia that allowed her to experience a fibromyalgia recovery without any defined strategy or plan. But it was short lived and she got ill again. But after 15 years of illness, she finally found a way to create a robust fibromyalgia recovery that she has enjoyed for over 6 years now, allowing her to exercise virtually every day and work full-time again!
Listen Carefully to the distinctions that shifted Rachel’s fibromyalgia allowing her to become symptom-free and enjoy a full life again.

Another very interesting narrative. We all seem to know deep down that it is an exhausted mind and body whatever the causation..Todays society often plays a big part in chronic exhaustion. Work work and no play. Too much of a guilt driven lifestyle. Thank you Rachel for reminding me that we do have choices and need to take action. Not wait for a cure when clearly there already is one.
Congratulations on getting well.
Thanks for your comment Trish 🙂
Thanks Rachel for sharing this, I have gained a lot from your experience and what you are saying here. Definitely, I agree we need to find some sort of supportive help system and I think programs like Dan’s (and similar others)can be really useful for this. I think most ME patients are bogged down in the negativity surrounding this illness (I certainly was until I found Dan’s program) and we need more recovery stories to change that.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts Andrea. 🙂 ? I think every person can pay it forward to inspire more recoveries with their story to create powerful change in how the illness is viewed.
Loved it, thank you so much.
Thanks Rachel and Dan for sharing this :-). I’m taking away the reminder that it’s not good to push ourselves, and that ‘normal’ life sometimes isn’t conducive to good health.
